Despite comprising the majority of the industry's workforce, women continue to face significant barriers to advancement, recognition and leadership development. The harsh reality is that gender inequality is still pervasive in this industry, and it's holding women back from achieving their full potential.

In-Person Masterclasses
Four full-day sessions that provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience, designed to challenge and inspire you.
Split between the dynamic cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow, this time away from the office
You will gain practical skills and knowledge to lead and manage your teams effectively, and build your confidence as leaders.
Live-Online Coaching
The Live-Online coaching sessions bring the best aspects of a face-to-face learning experience to wherever you are.
These individual and team coaching sessions offer a rich and immersive interaction between you, our coaches and your peers.
The virtual environment will allow you to quickly switch back to your daily routine and tasks.
Is this for me?
This programme is designed for women who are intent on growing their professional and personal capabilities within the tourism and hospitality sectors and who aspire to advance their careers.
Usually in the early to middle phases of your career, with around three to 5 years’ experience in a management or people leader role your aim is to transition into a senior leadership role.
Logistics
In-Person Masterclasses take place from 9.30am to 4.30pm, alternating between our Edinburgh and Glasgow venues.
The programme comprises four full-day, in-person Masterclasses and four 3-hour, live-online coaching sessions.
*As a minimum requirement, you must be able to attend all in-person sessions.
